SCRIPT 300 WORDS OF TEXT HERE
Hello people of the Internet!
Today we slightly cursed.
Ian is sick again.
We’ve been ill and been snowed in pretty
much constantly for a few months now.
It’s starting to get a bit like:
who’s got the voodoo doll and could be you know leave it alone for a minute?
As a result
Today I am going to go exploring
to see what I can see
I’m gonna take you with me, and it’s just gonna be a journey with Jo
as she has a potter around and goes
oooh ahhhhhh.
Quirks of living in a 17th century house
one of the interesting things about
living in this house is occasionally
bits will fall off the side of the house
and we had to sign an agreement which basically meant
that we couldn’t
go within 1 meter of the front of the house.
Which is a bit difficult because it means
that we wouldn’t technically be able to go in or out of the front door.
It’s basically their way of saying:
stuff’s going to fall off and we’re not liable if it happens.
Daffodiles
Pretty sure all these daffs are regretting coming out
they look all battered and weather-worn.
The ones around the other side haven’t come out yet
they are the sensible ones, these ones not so much.
Pity the daffs.
I’m really sorry I’m just gonna have some hair issues today.
I don’t have that…
(laughs)
Yeah, nailed it.
These are the sensible daffodils.
They haven’t come out of their
houses yet they’ve gone
we know another snow storm’s coming.
Another snow storm’s
coming, did you know that?
I just found out that yesterday.
Sky
I don’t know why, but I really like a good dramatic grey sky.
I think it’s just more nuanced then you’re just plain blue sky
You get so many different tones in it.
Fallen Tree
The tree you can see behind me – it is huge
Can you see the size of the roots?
We weren’t here when it came down
and we didn’t hear it go, so if a tree falls in the middle of the field and no one’s here to hear it
it does still fall.
Results of bad weather
it doesn’t normally flow that fast, but unsurprisingly with all the snow
and the rain and everything else recently it’s going a bit great guns
so… it’s been wet.
Home Again
I think that’s a fairly productive
filming session actually.
I hope you liked this vlog video
and if you do
don’t forget to like, subscribe, share, and stuff!
And I will leave you with a spinny outro
Weeeeeee!
Woooaaaah
Yeah, you can live to regret certain things can’t you?
